The celebrity couple, who purchased a $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills last year, were seen exploring townhomes on the Upper East Side. Lopez was dressed in a striped top, wide-legged jeans, and a black trench coat, while Affleck sported a Nirvana tee, flannel shirt, and jeans.

During their search, they visited a $45,000 apartment with six bedrooms spread across four floors, featuring a rooftop terrace, garden, and finished basement. Following this, Lopez continued her solo search in Manhattan, opting for a more casual look with a gray pullover, sweats, and white sneakers.

Lopez has been sharing glimpses of her time in NYC on social media, including moments with her 16-year-old daughter Emme. The mother of twins, Max being the other, Lopez also embraces her role as a stepmother to Affleck and Jennifer Garner's three children.
